Let's Get Fit - Day 3

If you watched my video from Day 2, you heard me say that I was going to swim today. Well I didn't. Instead, I got back on the treadmill! It felt so good to sweat and feel like I really worked off the ice cream I ate the night before! Today, I had a little bit more time so I walked for one full hour at various inclines and speeds. See my results below (disregard the avg heart rate- I seldom measured that but will do better about it next time). It felt great- I wanted to stop a few times but I reminded myself that I was allowed 1.5 hours of my kids in child-watch and this was "me" time! So I kept trucking!! I weighed myself this morning and I was at 200. 2 lbs down!
